2. A users board cannot have any pornographic, warez, cracking, nudity, sex, drugs, hate, adult content, fraud, racism, or promote ANY illegal activity.
3. A users message board must be in the English language.
4. hostSMF cannot closely monitor users content. Although we check the boards often, we cannot spot everything.
5. A user cannot modify the hostSMF copyright, or the Simple Machines Forum Copyright. This will result in immediate termination of the services provided.
Termination
1. hostSMF reserves the right to terminate the service provided without prior notice, or a reason given.
2. hostSMF reserves the right to delete any content that we feel the need to.
3. We reserve the right to imediatly delete any message board found to be in violation of this terms of service.
4. hostSMF reserves the right to refuse this service to any individual.
Age
1. hostSMF is providing a service to people who are 18 or older, or over 13 who have parental permission.
The Services Provided
1. hostSMF provides Simple Machines Forum Message Boards. We host them on our own servers.
Payment of service
1. This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages.
Liabilities
1. hostSMF is not liable in any way for any data loss or loss of profits while using this service.
Limitations
1. This service is not available if you run other remotely hosted forum services.
Arguments
1. If there is ever an argument concerning hostSMF, you will pay for all legal fees including lawyers, and all other costs.
